| Interests/hobbies | i do pottery as well, and own a wheel that i work on while on my balcony. i would say that max miller's tasting history cookbook is one of my prized possessions, and i fall asleep to townscends' 18th century cooking videos almost every night. this morning, i bought half a kilo of berbere spice blend from an ethiopian grocery to start making eritrean/ethiopian food at home, starting with yemisir wot. making a fermented injera starter with teff flour will have to come next. |
